Hi, I'm Riely.

I've been a Licensed Esthetician for over 25 years, and helping people feel confident in their skin has been one of the greatest joys of my life. In 2011, I founded Organic Glow Skin Studio, where I spent many years building a beautiful, thriving spa and serving this incredible desert community.

Now, I've entered a new season of my career.

After years of managing a growing business and leading a team, I've chosen to return to what first inspired me to become an esthetician—working one-on-one with my clients in the treatment room. It's where I feel most at home, and it's where I can give each client my full attention, care, and expertise.

One of my greatest passions is helping teens and adults struggling with acne and problematic skin. Watching someone's skin transform from inflamed and congested to healthy, clear, and confident is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. There's nothing better than seeing a client smile because they finally feel comfortable in their own skin.

But beautiful skin is only part of the experience.

I believe everyone deserves time to slow down, breathe, and be cared for. Whether you're coming in for corrective skincare, a relaxing facial, or full-body waxing, my goal is to create a peaceful space where you can truly unwind. Some of my favorite moments are hearing clients say, "I wish it wasn't over yet." That's when I know I've created exactly the experience I hoped for.

At Skin Ritual by Riely, every treatment is personalized, every client is valued, and every visit is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and confident.

In this season of my career, I have chosen to work exclusively with my existing clientele and new clients who are referred by them. This allows me to provide the personalized care, attention, and experience that has always been at the heart of my practice.
